Debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange

Czerwona Torebka had its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. At the trading session opening the price of the first quotation of shares increased by nearly 43% that is up to 10 PLN.
The debut was preceded by an IPO were investors took up 2.689.135 of new issue shares. 122.715 shares were allocated within the retail tranche (the reduction rate was about 69,4%) and the remaining 2.566.420 of shares were in the institutional tranche. The issue price was 7 PLN.
Czerwona Torebka is a dynamically developing chain of strip malls. Up to now 27 strip malls are operating, the next 43 have obtained occupancy permits and 45 are at different stages of development. The Company’s strategy envisages the construction of over 1880 facilities by 2021 with a total lease space exceeding 1.2 million square meters.
